Zdravo!
Last week, we’ve been in the second Balkan’s volunteers meeting. It took place in a small village in the north of Serbia, in Vojvodina province, called Sremski Karlovci.
We had the great opportunity to talk about the different projects which are made by volunteers from the ESC all around this part of Europe, and learning some useful tools either for using them in the present or in the future. Nevertheless, this week was not only about work, but about meeting new volunteers with very different experiences and discovering the culture of this part of Serbia.

We’ll explain, very briefly, the content of the training. The first day, we introduced ourselves to the others, talking about our projects and how we feel about them whereas we discovered the village walking around. The second day, we spent the morning brainstorming about new projects and trying to design one (our group had an amazing idea which hopefully will be a reality in the future). After that, the organizors gave us the chance to have a guided walking tour around in Novi Sad. Last day, the trainers taught us what and how to do the things at the end of the project: how to do the Youthpass, different opportunities after the ESC volunteering experience…

We had such a nice time this week, especially meeting all the new people we met with all their beautiful and interesting stories about how they are living their ESC lives.
